Progressive discipline

You’ve been engaged in the progressive discipline process and are now ready to write a formal disciplinary action. This training will cover the discipline process which includes the types of disciplines that can be issued, the phases of the discipline process, with actual examples of what the disciplinary document should look like, and then an open forum for additional questions related to the training and/or other areas Labor Relations can assist with.

Please email [email protected] (at least three days prior to the training date) with any questions regarding progressive discipline that you would like addressed at this training.
