Healthy boundaries

This training is a highly interactive course that meets for one 8-hour session. Participants in this course will be facilitated through presentation, group discussions and take away assignments to learn individual healthy boundaries in varies situations: personal and professional. We will support creating the space needed to support wellness. In creating these healthy boundaries in both our personal and professionals lives we will learn tools that will support building connections in our relationships. In this process we honor ourselves to balance boundaries between work and leisure. Healthy boundaries support the feeling of mental and emotional safety. In this workshop we ask that participants who attend be ready to share with others both in large groups and small groups. What supports this course to be effective is that we all share and learn from each other.
