Fundamentals of Continuous Improvement

This is a one-day in person training that gives you a thorough, engaging introduction to the principles and tools of Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement. You’ll learn skills to enhance your day-to-day problem solving, as well as efforts to improve client service, streamline processes and achieve agency goals. The course is built around a hands-on process improvement simulation—Sigma Station—where you’ll play a role in running, analyzing and actually improving a service process.
