Correct errors in MyAvatar
Only the EHR team can correct errors in MyAvatar. If you need to revise any MyAvatar data, email the EHR team. Before you request a correction, you can take steps to facilitate the request.
Choose the resource for the type of data you want to revise. In some cases, depending on whether your organization deploys PCE or PCNX, the system may require specific directions. If you see PCE or PCNX options, choose the resource tailored for the system used by your organization.
