Continuous Improvement and change management: Effective root cause analysis

This 6-hour workshop develop and/or strengthen your ability to lead effective change and improvement initiatives—helping enhance client service, improve quality, boost speed and efficiency, and respond to changing rules and regulations. Useful for anyone leading a project or hoping to make the Department more successful in achieving our mission. Participants should plan to bring real current or pending change opportunities to work on during the class.
