ANSA domains and indicators overview training
The domains and indicators overview workshop explores the basic structure of the designated TCOM tool. It orients the participant with the layout, mechanics, domains, and indicators of the tool, and provides a mini vignette for exploration and discussion. The workshop culminates in a consensus-based practice exercise that allows the participants to collaboratively rate an individual. The consensus-based approach to rating allows the participant to adhere to an action-level framework and the fidelity of the tool’s design while encouraging multiple perspectives in illustrating what’s relevant for individuals.
