Annual training on grievances and appeals

In accordance with the federal and state standards, Beneficiaries have the right to submit a grievance(s). BHSD is providing an annual training that is required by DHCS. This training will provide an overview of the updated BHIN, the roles and purposes, what a grievance is, the grievances categories, and process and timeliness.

Registration and cancellation close at 9am two working days prior to training. You will be recorded as a No-Show in sccLearn if you don’t attend and did not cancel the training.
