Create and access your sccLearn account

New to sccLearn? The first step is to set up your sccLearn account.

Your sccLearn account should be set up. Log in with your single sign-on.

For new County employees, access to sccLearn may take 1 to 2 pay periods.

 

  1. Visit the sccLearn partner site.  
  2. Select "Create Your Own Account."
     
    Only providers who have a contract with the BHSD can create an sccLearn account.   

    Get the organizational code for your agency by contacting your training manager or email [email protected].

Select the “Forgot Your Password” link on the CCP homepage.

Register for training or cancel registration

First, locate the training. Go to the search bar – there is a magnifying glass icon next to the search bar. Enter the training topic you are looking for and press enter.  

  1. After you locate the training you want to attend in sccLearn, select the “REGISTER” button, then select the “ADD” button. 
  2. Select the “REGISTER” button again, then select “DONE”.    

You will receive an email to confirm your training if your registration is successful.

If your registration is unsuccessful, it is because the class is either full or the registration is closed.   

  • Register for a training at least two working days prior to the training date at 9:00 am.  
  • Cancel your registration for a training at least two working days before the training date at 9:00am.

If a training is unavailable, you can opt in to receive an email notification when the training becomes available. Just click on the Expressed Interest button. 

After you receive the email to notify you training is available, you have 48 hours to register. If you don’t register, your spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. 

Get training records

Continuing education (CE) certificates are available in sccLearn between two to three weeks after the training.

Select "Training Transcript" to locate your training and find the training title that has "CE" in the title. Then select the Diploma icon located next to the title of the training found on the left side of the screen and print your Continuing Education certificate.   

Training attendance certificates are available between two to three weeks after the training date. To access, select "Training Transcript", then the training you attended. Select the Diploma icon on the left side of your screen to print your attendance certificate.

To locate training certificates issued in years past, select "Training Transcript", then "Date Range." Select the year or select “All.” Once you locate the training, select the Diploma icon on left side of your screen and print your attendance certificate.
