Get help mapping clients | PCE
If you are unable to map a client that is already within PCNX, ensure the following information is identical in the County's myAvatar PCNX system and in the EHR system on your side:
- First name
- Last name
- Sex
- Date of birth
- Social security
Finally, verify that the middle name is in the Middle Name field and not in the First Name field.
If the information are exact matches in both systems, complete the “Unable to Map Clients Template 08/08/22” and email the file to the EHR team at [email protected].
