Correct errors in admission and discharge information | PCE implementation

Directions for MyAvatar and Welligent

Next, take these steps to complete the correction process.

MyAvatar

  1. Delete mapping in your EHR system. 
  2. Remap the client in your EHR system. 
  3. Resubmit admission, diagnosis, financial eligibility, and discharge, if applicable. Note that you will need to submit additional forms, such as CSI Admission, CSI Assessment, Cal-OMS, Women’s Health History.

Welligent | Correct admission date

  1. Delete Admission encounter ID (decimal value) in Welligent ADT screen (e.g. 6640.01) 
  2. Delete the Episode ID (e.g., 3, 5, 9, etc.) 
  3. Correct the Admission in Welligent. 
  4. Resubmit the correct Admission by sending Program Admission Create webcall. 
  5. Verify diagnosis dates and send Diagnosis Create. 
  6. Send as if brand new again the create webcalls for Cal-OMS Admission or CSI Admission Create and CSI Assessment.
    1.  If sending create Cal-OMS Admission again, update the encounter ID for the Cal-OMS in the admission and any corresponding annual or discharge Cal-OMS and send Create calls for those other tools if they exist.
    2. CCP will send Financial Eligibility Create call. 
  7. If the client has already been discharged at the time of delete last movement, take these steps: 
    1. Delete Discharge encounter ID (decimal value) in Welligent ADT screen.
    2. Send Program Discharge create webcall.

Welligent | Correct discharge date

  1. Delete Discharge encounter ID (decimal value) in Welligent ADT screen. 
  2. Correct the discharge date in Welligent. 
  3. Resubmit the correct discharge date by sending Program Discharge Create webcall.
