The County of Santa Clara Behavioral Health Services Department designed the Quality Management to align with our mission to provide high quality, comprehensive mental health services, and to close gaps in care for our clients. The long-term objective is to reward provider performance based on quality measure outcomes from:

-California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) quality requirements
-BHSD – system improvements
