Authorization overview session

Learning objectives:

• Identify where to access information needed for prior authorization.
• Identify how to use the form and download the form once it is approved.
• Identify what to do if the form is not approved and how to get in touch with the Utilization Management Team if necessary.

This is a County required course for all direct service staff. (CE Credits are NOT Available)
Registration and cancellation close at 9am two working days prior to training. You will be recorded as a No-Show in sccLearn if you don’t attend and did not cancel the training.
